There isn't one, but here's the reasoning. I'm building my portfolio, and I'd rather do that on real local businesses than made-up demo sites. You get a real website. I get something worth showing.

All I ask is that I can feature the finished site in my work. Once it goes live you cover your own hosting, and the site is yours.

I build

About a week. You see it before it goes anywhere and I adjust until it's right.

You go live

The site is yours. You cover hosting from there, and I'm around if you need changes.
